Pushing through a Plateau

Have you had that initial weight loss and now find yourself stuck in a rut? Are your workouts not as effective as they use to be? This is what we call a PLATEAU. It happens to all of us, even me! Check out my video blog for some tips on how to “Push through a Plateau”. I will be posting a exercise video later this week so stay tuned!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as landing the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of “rehearsal” for maintenance isn’t the worst thing in the world. :)
