  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk, coconut, soy or hemp milk
  • ½ cup 100% pure egg-whites (pasteurized so you can have out of carton)
  • ½ can canned pumpkin
  • 1 small drop vanilla extract (optional)
  • dash nutmeg
  • dash cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes
