Healthy Broccoli Crunch. I substituted the mayo with greek yogurt and the sugar with Light Agave Nectar to make it a healthier side.
  • 3 crowns of raw broccoli florets
  • ½ cup of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¾ cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Agave Nectar
  • ¾ cup golden raisins
  • ¾ cup pecans
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Stevia to sweeten
  1. Cut the stems off of broccoli florets and chop into small pieces
  2. Add vinegar, greek yogurt, golden raisins, cheese and pecans into a large bowl
  3. Mix all ingredients together
  4. Add Light Agave Nectar
  5. *For sweeter taste add Stevia or more light agave nectar
