Game Day Recipe: Mini Deep Dish Pizzas

Ingredients
  • olive oil spray or cooking spray
  • 1 cup Muir Glen Organic Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 slices of Turkey Pepperoni
  • 5 Multi Grain Flour Tortillas-Medium
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ cup chopped green pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Spray mini muffin pan with olive oil or cooking spray
  3. Pour pizza sauce in glass dish
  4. Rinse out can with water
  5. Take 5 tortillas and press can on top in a twisting motion to cut the tortillas into small circles until you get 24 circles. (this will serve as your crust)
  6. Gently press tortillas into mini muffin pan
  7. Add small amount of pizza sauce
  8. Top with turkey pepperoni, onions, and green peppers.
  9. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
