Butternut Squash Soup
Recipe type: Appetiser
- 1 jar organic butternut squash puree
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 2 gloves of garlic minced
- 1tsp thyme
- 1 & ¼ c low sodium chicken broth
- sea salt and pepper to taste
- Add squash puree and chicken broth to a pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
