Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh kale leaves
  • Dash salt
  • Olive oil nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
  2. Cut the leaves off the stalk
  3. Place the kale leaves on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Spritz with olive oil spray and sprinkle lightly with salt
  4. Bake in the oven until crispy, for a potato-chip-like snack
