Fit Magazine Workout

It was great to be asked by the New Orleans Times Picayune to be featured in there Fit Magazine. They asked me what exercise I would like to feature. I chose one of my favorites, the wood chop. It is a compound movement which means it works multiple muscles at the same time and it gets your heart rate up so you can burn more calories! Check out my article.
